The Council recommends that you place your 240L bin with RED LID, on the kerbside for collection the night before your scheduled collection day, as some areas will be collected as early as 6am on the scheduled day of collection.
In the event that your:
- RED LID Bin has not been collected, please contact our office during business hours on 08 8962 0000 and provide us with your address so we can investigate. If the error is on Council's part, we will collect on the next business day, provided your bin is on the curbside. We are NOT authorized to enter properties for the purpose of waste collection.
BIN NOT ON KERBSIDE = NO COLLECTION
- Scheduled bin day falls on a public holiday, the council will endeavor to collect your bin the following day. Please leave your Red Lid bin on the curbside for collection.
Once emptied, please remove from the curbsides as soon as possible.
