Royal Life Saving is holding a water safety awareness program and teaching course at the Tennant Creek Swimming Pool.

WATER SAFETY AWARENESS PROGRAM:
Royal Life Saving is holding 5 x FREE water safety awareness lessons for children under the age of five.
Session 1 is on Friday, 4 November, from 9am-10am followed by four water lessons at the Tennant Creek Swimming Pool.
Water Session Dates: Friday 4 November, Monday, 7 November, Tuesday, 8 November, Wednesday 9 November
Water Session Times: 10.30am-11.30am, 10.30am-12.30pm, 12.30pm-1pm

AUSTSWIM TEACHER OF SWIMMING AND WATER SAFETY COURSE:
Want to teach swimming and water safety to young kids under the age of four? Then the AUSTSWIM course is for you.
Dates: Saturday and Sunday (5-6 November) from 8.30am-4.30pm.
This course provides participants with essential competencies to teach swimming and water safety to persons from four years of age in swimming pools and confined natural shallow water venues.
The certificate is valid for three years. Cost is $410.

FREE FAMILY FUN DAY:
Come down to the pool on Monday, 7 November from 4pm-6pm and try pool lifesaving and aquatic activities.
Have fun with the Royal Life Saving Team, meet Boof the Barra, win some prizes and enjoy a sausage sizzle.
