News: Da Vinci Exhibition Extended

Organisers of the Da Vinci Exhibition have extended its run to 26 June due to popular demand.

The Da Vinci Exhibition has turned into a major community driven initiative - thanks to Barkly Regional Council extending its run in the Civic Centre.
Council has waived the Civic Centre fees (around $15,000) for the exhibition organisers with other sponsors including Airnorth and Imparja TV since coming on board.
Leonardo da Vinci conceived possibilities beyond the understanding of others and now replicas of his amazing machines and artwork are on display at the Tennant Creek Civic Centre until 26 June.
Da Vinci was a man of extraordinary vision who wrote and illustrated manuscripts known as codices that gave the world ingenious solutions to problems.
This exhibition is on loan from the Museum of Leonardo da Vinci in Florence, Italy.
Who knows? Maybe you will crack the Da Vinci code.
Opening hours are Monday-Sunday, 8am-4pm and costs $10.
