Event: Thrills and spills at the rodeo
Cowboys from across the Territory are heading to Tennant Creek this weekend for the rodeo.

Cowboys are preparing to take on the Barkly's meanest bulls and wildest broncs at the annual Tennant Creek Rodeo this weekend.
It is one of the region's largest social events, attracting riders and spectators from across the country.
So if you want to see rodeo action like nowhere else in Australia, head on down to the Rodeo Grounds tonight. Gates open 5pm with a 6pm start.
